Our Story
K Single Corp was founded in 2007 in Burien, Washington. What started as a small roofing crew has grown into one of the greater Seattle area's most trusted exterior contractors, with 15,000+ projects completed across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.
We started with a simple goal: do honest work for fair prices, and let the results speak for themselves. In those early years, every job was a chance to prove we belonged. Word spread fast. Neighbors told neighbors. Builders started calling. By 2012, we had expanded from residential re-roofs into full commercial roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior contracting.
