Our Story

K Single Corp was founded in 2007 in Burien, Washington. What started as a small roofing crew has grown into one of the greater Seattle area's most trusted exterior contractors, with 15,000+ projects completed across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.

Today, our headquarters remain at 14996 21st Ave SW, Burien, WA 98166, and our crews work across the entire greater Seattle metro every week. Whether it is a single-family roof replacement in Bellevue or a commercial flat roof system in Tacoma, every project gets the same attention to detail and the same 10-year workmanship warranty.
